  • ¼” electret condenser microphone MF172 for industrial measurement purposes.
  • Sound Measuring

The ¼” electret condenser microphone MF172 is a free-field type *) with integrated electronics. All types can be supplied with narrow tolerances (± 5%) with sensitivity between 25 and 100mV / Pa.

The supply is by a constant current source (standard) with usually 4mA. However, it is also possible to supply a voltage source (3-30V) via a series resistor.

Coaxial cables are used as leads. The electret condenser microphone is equipped with BNC sockets. Other connections such as TNC, SMB, LEMO (series 00) and Jdot are also available.
The microphones should not be exposed to harsh environmental conditions.
*) Also available as a pressure microphone
