Our devices of the AV61 to AV81 series are used to detect faulty noise in the production line. At each manufacturing step, a directional microphone is used to mix the individual manufacturing noise to the other manufacturing noise in the production line. Using amplification and headphones, the production line operator can now hear out the correct functions of the individual work steps. In case of a defect, e.g. “saw blade tooth missing”, the mixed signal at the headphone changes.
